Your first 6 hours include full PSW support based on your chosen care plan. We treat it like a regular visit , not a demo. You’ll get a taste of how Proximity Care really works.

2. Can I choose my own caregiver?

Yes , caregiver match is one of our core values. We let you meet a few PSWs and choose the one that feels right. Comfort and compatibility come first.

3. Do you only serve seniors?

Our focus is on seniors, but we also support adults recovering from surgery, dealing with chronic illness, or in palliative care. If you need help at home, we’re here.

4. How soon can care start?

We offer same-day or next-day assessments, and care can usually begin within 24–48 hours. Emergency coverage is also available through ReliefLink™.
