Hello there,

I’m Lance Salazar, a 25-year-old with a deep passion for senior care. Growing up in the Philippines, I was inspired by my grandmother's wisdom and my parents’ dedication to caring for seniors.

These values shaped who I am today and led me to establish Proximity Care in Mississauga, Ontario, on August 29, 2023.

After working as a Personal Support Worker (PSW) for over five years, I realized how important it is for seniors to receive care in the comfort of their own homes.

That’s why Proximity Care exists—to provide personalized, compassionate care for seniors in Mississauga, Etobicoke, Brampton, and Caledon.

We’re more than just a care provider; we’re about building connections. Our team of licensed, caring PSWs delivers tailored support, upholding the highest standards that I hold close to my heart.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me hiking, volunteering, or spending time giving back to the senior community. These moments keep me grounded in the value of meaningful care.
